DebtWave SMS Messaging Program
DebtWave Credit Counseling, Inc. offers an optional SMS messaging program for consumers who expressly choose to receive text messages from DebtWave.
SMS messages may include appointment reminders, account notifications, document follow-ups, security notifications, and customer support communications related to your interaction with DebtWave.
Participation in the SMS program is optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from DebtWave.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with DebtWave and your account or service activity.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any DebtWave SMS message to unsubscribe.
After you opt out, you will no longer receive messages through this SMS program unless you subsequently provide consent again.
