DebtWave may send SMS/text messages related to credit counseling services, debt management program communications, appointment reminders, account notifications, customer support, and educational financial content.
Messages may include informational or transactional communications related to services you request or receive from DebtWave. If you separately consent to promotional messages, we may also send marketing or promotional messages about DebtWave programs and services.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize DebtWave to send text messages to the mobile number provided. Consent may be provided through our website forms, enrollment forms, customer service interactions, or other DebtWave-approved opt-in methods.

After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program unless you opt in again.
